I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. There were several major issues that negatively impacted our experience: Overflowing trash cans: The outdoor trash cans were completely full and left overflowing, which is unhygienic and unappealing. Noisy room location: Despite paying an extra pet fee, we were assigned a room right next to the entrance door. We could not sleep at all due to the constant, loud noise of the door opening and closing. Broken bathroom fixtures: The towel hook in the bathroom was broken off, leaving us with nowhere to hang our towels. Faulty refrigerator: The refrigerator was defrosting and leaking water, leaving the floor flooded and soaking wet. Cold breakfast: The breakfast provided was not warm.

Location convenient to get into Sudbury without having to stay in the city. Great diner just around corner (A&L diner) offered amazing breakfast and home cooked dinner. The Inn had very dated exterior and hallways but room has been updated and was very clean.
